owners and operators have had the pleasure of creating some of

the most creative and memorable events in Central Florida for well

over 20 years. Now with Flip Flops to Formal Catering, they are putting

their wealth of experience to work – beachside!



About the Owners:

Kirsten Brown – Owner & Operator
What began as a degree in Hospitality Management, turned in to an established career in the hotel and catering industry. Well versed in front of house operations, sales, education & training, as well as finance, Kirsten is very well rounded in the hospitality industry and has a true passion for entertaining and creating memorable occasions.

Russell Brown – Owner & Operator
A true Florida native, Russell has spent most of his career with knives in hand – as a professional butcher and seafood specialist. He is well versed with the ever-changing rules and regulations in Florida, and keeps us safe. Russell is also a “master” on the grill to create the best BBQ & picnic!

Jim Lee – Owner & Chef
From opening restaurants to running kitchens and writing menus, Jim has had the opportunity to work with some great companies and people in his career. Offering a degree in Hospitality Management along with Culinary Training, he has a passion for cooking….and coffee!
